We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting Google Slides presentations on Vivi. Google recently implemented changes to the authentication mechanism used for embedded content. As a result, certain Google Slides presentations may display access errors or fail to load on Vivi devices. Our Engineering team is preparing an updated slides player that will download and cache presentation content directly on the device. This update will be deployed in the coming days to ensure continued compatibility. We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience. Further confirmation will be provided once the update has been successfully deployed.
