A fix has been developed, and our team is actively testing it to ensure it performs as expected prior to release. We understand the impact this may have on daily operations and appreciate your patience as we complete final validation. Restoring full functionality as quickly and safely as possible remains our top priority.

Our Engineering team continues to actively investigate the issue affecting Google Slides presentations on Vivi devices. Testing and validation of potential solutions remain ongoing as the team works to ensure compatibility with Google’s recent authentication changes. At this time, there are no new developments to report, but the team remains focused on identifying a reliable resolution. We will continue to provide updates every six hours, or if progress is made sooner.
